No story today, just plain recipe, and a super easy one, for making vegan salted caramel popcorn.

Vegan Salted Caramel Popcorn

Vegan salted caramel sauce that goes well with a bowl of popcorn

- 1 bowl of ready popcorn made from ½ a cup popcorn kernels
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 3 tbs dates syrup
- ½ ts salt

- Place the coconut oil (1 tbs) the date syrup (3 tbs) and the salt (1/2 ts) in a small pot over medium heat, and bring to a boil
- Once boiled, wait 20 seconds and remove from stove
- Pour over your popcorn bowl, and mix thoroughly
